*) accommodation on extra beds is possible only after all main beds occupation

Accommodation price list contains the prices including other services (eg. parking). We are not VAT payed. The local fee (30 CZK per person per night – village Trojanovice) is not included.

During the summer holidays – July and August – the whole weeks accommodations „Saturday – Saturday“ are preferred.

Your booking will be confirmed provisionally by an e-mail or by phone and we will inform you whether your chosen dates are free or already occupied. Reservation is bindingly confirmed and the term is guaranteed after paying irreversible deposit at 50% accommodation price (according to actual price list). Deposit should be paid on banking account mentioned in contacts. As a variable symbol in the payment run the accommodation term or other distinctive signs could be used. The deposit is deducted from your settlement at your arrival. It’s possible to pay also in EUR for middle exchange rate.

The accommodation starts at 2 p.m. on the arrival day and ends at 10 a.m. on the departure day. After previous agreement with quartermaster it’s possible to prolong departure time till 6 p.m. last day for half-price of your daily accommodation rate.

Paid deposit 50% from accommodation price is in case of stay unrealization because of clients‘ reasons considered as cancellation fee. If your stay could not be realized because of reasons on quartermaster side, whole paid deposit is returned to the client.
